Project Description

High Mountain Heli-Skiing

Vast open bowls, steep chutes, enchanted forests and glades can all be yours to explore with High Mountain Heli-Skiing. Since 1974, High Mountain Heli-Skiing (HMH) has been offering its guests the ultimate deep powder helicopter skiing experience in Jackson Hole. We use the modern Bell 407 helicopter to access our terrain. Our 305,000-acre terrain consists of ranges south of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, including all of the Snake River and Palisades Mountain Ranges, and portions of the Hoback, Teton and the Gros Ventre Mountain Ranges. A day of heli-skiing with HMH consists of six runs, approximately 12,000-15,000 vertical feet, transportation to the heli-pad, and lunch at the Heli-Deli. Extra runs are available at an additional cost when time and conditions will allow. We fly in groups of six, one guide and five guests. Three groups (15 guests) is the maximum amount for our daily operations.

We now have two offices to serve you. Our main office is located in the town of Jackson at 945 West Broadway in the Hillside Plaza and a satellite office located in the Teton Springs Lodge and Spa near Victor, Idaho. For our guests in Teton Village without transportation, there will be one pick-up each morning in front of the clock tower. Please let our office know if you will need a pickup in Teton Village.

Information in Teton Village can be obtained at all hotel concierge and ski shops.  If you are coming to Jackson Hole to ski, stop by and see us or give us a call at   (307) 733-3274 .  We would be happy to answer any questions or just let you know how good it was that day.

Effortless excitement, untracked powder and the majesty of the Tetons are waiting for you with High Mountain Heli-Skiing! Come and enjoy with us the experience of a lifetime.
