HSUS is currently working very hard at creating a curriculum for a Mechanized Ski Guide course.
At the HSUS spring meeting in Sun Valley, HSUS members passed with a unanimous vote by all members to certify its guides with levels 1-3 depending on experience. These guides are trained in all aspects of the Heli ski business and will be instrumental in creating a Mechanized Ski Guide course.
HSUS would like to encourage you to join as an HSUS Guide member now as big changes are forth coming in the industry. Once you become a HSUS guide you will be kept abreast of all the new guide agendas, standards and protocols forthcoming.
